Strategic Missions
Strategic Missions encompasses the full range of DoD activities that alter an adversary’s will and ability to attack the United States and its interests, encompassing: Example Critical Infrastructure Protection, Flight Systems, Launch Systems and Full Spectrum Radar.
Electronic Warfare
Electronic Warfare supports any military action using electromagnetic energy to control the electromagnetic spectrum or attack an adversary. Example Electronic Attack – Destroy an adversary’s combat capability, Electronic Surveillance – Gather intelligence data, Electronic Protection – Ensure friendly use of the electromagnetic spectrum.
