Mary Anna Weber

Vice President, Consulting Services

Mary Anna has over 30 years of experience as a consultant and adult educator.  Her areas of expertise are divided into three areas:  Strategy, Learning and Leadership.

Prior to joining STIMULUS, Mary Anna spent 20 years as  President of Angotti Weber and Associates, a Management Development and Leadership Development Company.  She provided management and leadership training for major corporations.  Her specialist subjects included strategic planning; organizational re-engineering; leadership development; project planning and management; coaching team leaders through change initiatives; meeting planning and facilitation; executive coaching; team development; managing global diversity; public speaking; and customer service.

Her clients included Accenture, Arthur Anderson, Hewlett-Packard, Eli Lilly Company, American United Life Insurance and Lilly Endowment. She has provided Leadership Training and Consulting for 12 State Departments of Transportation and has consulted with several healthcare organizations.     She has worked for Purdue University, University of Hawaii, and Indiana University.

Currently Mary Anna serves as the Strategic Planning Consultant for the Federally Employed Women Organization.  She is an Adjunct Faculty member for the Indiana University Executive Education Program, School of Public and Environmental Affairs. In her role as Adjunct Professor she teaches classes for the NAVSEA Public Management Certificate Program and the Indiana Hospital Association Leadership Academy.

Her passion is mentoring and coaching leaders at all levels.  Her leadership programs are her tribute to the wonderful clients she serves.

Mary Anna received a B.S. Degree in Consumer Sciences from West Virginia University and a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Organizational Development from Ball State University.
