Tim Wagler - Chief Executive Officer, President

Tim Wagler is the President and CEO of STIMULUS Engineering Services, Inc. Together with COO/Executive VP, Cary Bledsoe, Tim founded STIMULUS in 2007, and has been the visionary leader of the company ever since. As the Division Head for NSWC Crane’s Radar Technologies, and Deputy Division head of Surface Electronic Warfare (SEW), Tim gained first-hand experience with the Department of Defense while forming his vision for a company with a diverse customer base and a wide offering of services. With a B.S. in Electro-Optics from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an A.S. in Laser/Electro-Optics from Vincennes University, Tim has a deep understanding of the technical engineering services STIMULUS provides, allowing him to create innovative solutions.

Cary Beldsoe - Chief Operations Officer, Executive Vice President

Cary Bledsoe is one of the founding partners of STIMULUS Engineering Services, Inc. In his role as Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President, Cary manages STIMULUS’ team of program managers and contract specialists. His career has spanned nearly 30 years, providing him with hands-on engineering and technical expertise, project management and team leading experience, and invaluable knowledge of the needs and requirements of STIMULUS customers. His background as a Branch Manager at NSWC Crane keeps him focused on providing high quality services to customers for the best price possible. Cary holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Rose Hulman, Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Public Management from IUPUI.

Terri Hollinden - Vice President of Talent

Terri Hollinden now serves as Vice President of Talent at STIMULUS, where she uses the full weight of her 25 years in industrial and manufacturing engineering, Six-Sigma/Lean training, and extensive management experience to attract and develop top-tier talent and lead the charge for total customer satisfaction. Terri has trained business leaders around the world and improved processes and management for companies across the country. A proud alumna of Purdue University, Terri holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. She is an expert in curriculum development, continual improvement strategies, manufacturing management, and team building. Her enthusiastic, results-driven leadership keeps STIMULUS committed to its most valuable asset: its people.

Mary Anna Weber - Vice President of Consulting

Mary Anna Weber, Vice President of Consulting at STIMULUS, has a reputation for excellence. She has spent her career working magic in the halls of leadership from the Department of Defense to Eli Lilly and Company, with a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, management, executive coaching, team facilitation, needs assessment, process engineering, and leadership training. Mary Anna holds an M.A. in Adult Education and Executive Development from Ball State University, a B.S. in Consumer Sciences from West Virginian University, and multiple professional certifications. She continues to operate her own company, Angotti-Weber & Associates, Strategy & Management Development Consultants, where she serves as President.

Darin Greggs - Chief Financial Officer

Darin Greggs oversees all financial aspects of STIMULUS.  He was involved in the start of STIMULUS Engineering  and remained an integral part behind the scenes while his company, Greggs & Reid CPAs PC, handled the company’s tax returns.  Prior to opening his own practice, Darin served as the controller of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and as senior accountant of Ernst & Young LLP.  Mr. Greggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Butler University.
